I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptional and truly made the stay memorable, but there were significant issues with communication and service lapses. The rooms had some quirks, and while the restaurant offered good food, improvements are needed in efficiency and cleanliness.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. I encountered a significant issue with my room's cleanliness and the dining experience, particularly with room service that left much to be desired. On the other hand, the staff was exceptional, truly going above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my visit. Overall, while I enjoyed the level of service I received, there are definitely some areas that need improvement.
